The DC Gay and Lesbian Activist Alliance is one of many organizations in DC that supports Marriage Equality. GLAA has made marriage equality part of their 2007 Agenda. Which states in part: "GLAA seeks the fundamental right to marry as part of the full integration into American society that is our birthright. A policy of exclusion against same-sex couples amounts to red-lining the American dream and saying that 'liberty and justice for all' does not apply to you if you're a member of an unpopular minority."
